A: This warranty does not cover the removal, installation or reinstallation of any shade. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from installation, improper use, alteration, commercial use, or acts of God.
Q: How do I obtain the warranty service?
A: Return the shades, along with proof of date of purchase, your return address (no P.O. boxes please) and a brief description of the problem. Send postage prepaid to the address below. iWindowShades.com will replace the shades and return them to you postage paid.
